Alien Abduction Arts Experience by David Huggins

I went to an art Exhibit last night in Jersey City called Balance Hair Salon.

I have yet to set-up an appointment interview with him. However, Me and my girlfriend did asked him a couple of quick questions regarding some of the painting visuals and how it was like.

The Oldest Cheerleader in the NFL..Anybody know?

Never Thought she would be the oldest cheerleader in the NFL at the age of 42. Her name is Laura Vikmanis. She decided to become one of the Ben-Gals Cheerleaders while attending a football game.
A little background about Laura V.
A mother of two daughters; Alexa - 12, and Lila - 14 Living in Springboro Ohio.
She earned her Bachelors in Dietetics and Food Administration from California State, Long Beach and works full-time as a dietician and personal trainer.
She's truly an inspiration to many people including me that we can make our dreams come true if we work hard for it and of course as long as you keep focus on your goal with effort and patience, you will achieve it.

Protein Shakes

I am currently drinking MYOFusion protein shake. Been drinking it for a month. I like it so far, and the taste is great unlike other protein shakes where i have to somewhat force myself to drink it like a medicine...lol

I use to drink Freak Fix when I started which helps me gain the weight a lot quicker. It kind of scared me a little bit coz I felt somewhat fat. I guess its really effective if your very serious of gaining weight. you must work-out a lot for it because it will turn into fat quick..lol
I did not have a good work-out plan back then compare to now where I have everything scheduled, so mostly likely that's what caused me to gain the unnecessary weight that I don't want.

So I turned back to this popular muscle milk that everybody knows and its actually a lot cheaper. I didn't really felt any difference in my body while drinking this unlike the freak fix that even parents noticed that I had gained weight in such a short time. I do recommend it for people who are serious to gain muscle and heavy workout.
